is a small town, but important tourist place in Nagaland, located in the
Mokokchung district. It is a safe place for birds as there are no-hunting zone
reserve forests here. The town is ideal for bird watching.Huge number
of migratory falcons flies from Mongolia and Germany to the forests of
Changtongya. It attracts the tourist to enjoy the unspoiled beauty of the
nature. The best time to visit this charming sensation is from the month of
October to the last of November. The nearby villages of Chuchuyimlang and Pongo
are also interesting places you can visit.
